PRIVACY & SECURITY

Your financial information deserves careful handling.

Locker Lending uses protected upload tools, private storage, and restricted access to help safeguard the information you provide.

Current practices as of September 30, 2026

HOW YOUR FILE IS HANDLED

Practical safeguards throughout the process.

Encrypted transfer

Information submitted through LockerLending.com is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Private storage

Uploaded documents are stored in private cloud storage and are not placed in a public website folder.

Restricted access

Loan files are available only to authorized Locker Lending personnel and approved service providers involved in the financing request.

Controlled upload links

Document-request links are time-limited and may be completed, expired, or revoked. Upload sessions expire automatically.

File validation

Uploads are limited by file type and size and are checked to confirm that the stored file matches its stated format.

Limited collection

Locker Lending requests information relevant to evaluating, arranging, closing, servicing, or administering a financing request.

Who is responsible for your information

LockerLending, LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, operates LockerLending.com and is responsible for information submitted directly through this website.

When Locker Lending presents an authorized request to a lender or service provider, that organization may apply its own privacy policy and security practices. You may ask which parties are expected to receive your information before additional sensitive records are shared.

How information may be used

Information may be used to review your request, verify identity and financial details, perform underwriting and due diligence, communicate with you, prepare or service a transaction, prevent fraud, comply with law, and present an authorized request to potential funding sources.

Locker Lending does not sell borrower documents. Information may be shared with lenders, credit providers, title or closing professionals, insurers, verification providers, legal or compliance professionals, and technology providers when reasonably necessary for the requested financing or required by law.

What you should not send by email

Do not send full Social Security numbers, account passwords, bank statements, tax returns, government identification, or other sensitive records through ordinary email. Use the application portal or a document-request link issued by Locker Lending.

The initial application collects contact information and a short funding request directly for Locker Lending. No documents or credit information are required to get started.

Personal injury funding requests

The initial case review collects your contact details, state, general claim information and attorney contact information. Contact permission is not a release of medical records or a waiver of attorney-client privilege. Coordinate any case documents with your attorney and provide only relevant records approved for disclosure through the private upload portal. We obtain any additional authorization needed before requesting records or sharing case information with a prospective funding provider.

Retention and deletion

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for underwriting, transaction administration, recordkeeping, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal or regulatory obligations. When information is no longer required, Locker Lending may securely delete or de-identify it.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting Locker Lending. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request when required for legitimate business, contractual, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Your part in protecting the file

  • Use only LockerLending.com or a document-request link you expected to receive.
  • Do not share a private upload link with another person.
  • Remove account passwords from submitted materials.
  • Contact Locker Lending immediately if a link or communication appears suspicious.

Your choices

Submitting an initial request does not authorize a credit pull. Any credit permission needed later will be requested separately.

You may also ask what information is needed, why it is needed, and which lender or service provider is expected to receive it before submitting additional sensitive information.
