Scott reviews eligibility and coordinates with your attorney. You receive a private upload link for relevant case information approved by your attorney. Records authorizations are handled separately when needed.
If an eligible provider makes an offer, you and your attorney review the funding amount, all charges, payment schedule and contract before deciding whether to proceed. Your claim remains under your and your attorney’s control.
POTENTIAL CASE TYPES
Examples for review include vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries and dog bites. Other injury cases require individual review. A claim need not already be filed in court. Workers’ compensation, minors’ claims and appeals are outside this initial application.

Charges reduce the settlement proceeds you keep and can increase over time. This is not a standard real estate loan, a promise of approval or a guarantee of your case outcome. Terms and availability vary by state.
AFTER YOU APPLY
We email a case-specific checklist and secure upload link. Coordinate with your attorney before uploading. Only relevant, authorized records are needed; additional items depend on the case and funding provider.
No tax returns, real estate collateral or bank statements are requested for the initial review. Do not upload a complete medical history or privileged attorney advice. A separate records release may be required.
Adults applying for their own personal injury claim only. No application fee or obligation.
