BEFORE YOU APPLY

A few common questions.

Will submitting a request affect my credit?

Submitting this initial request does not authorize a credit pull. Any credit authorization needed later will be requested separately.

Can I start without all my documents?

Yes. The initial form only asks for the basics. Scott will follow up with the documents needed for your request.

Is Locker Lending the lender or a broker?

Both. Locker Lending provides direct private loans and also arranges financing through lending partners. Scott will explain which route fits your request and who would provide the funding.

When do I pay a broker fee?

For business and real estate financing we arrange, review any Locker Lending broker fee agreement provided before proceeding. Personal injury funding is reviewed under a separate provider agreement and state-specific requirements. Review it before signing. Under the current agreement, no broker fee is due if covered financing never funds; the fee is payable within 72 hours of each covered disbursement. The agreement defines the fee and covered financing. Lender charges and other closing costs are separate.

How soon will I hear back or receive funding?

Scott reviews your request directly. Review and funding timing depend on the transaction, available information, and funding source. Include any urgent closing or funding deadline in your application.

Will I need a personal guarantee?

Requirements vary by product, borrower, collateral, and funding source. Scott will explain any guarantee requirement as the proposed terms are reviewed.
